Job Description:
Responsible for the receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and services in a timely/cost effective manner.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Unload trucks.
Enter required data into SAP and customer systems.
Ensure that all paperwork is sent in with parts upon receipt.
Review documents and forward parts for processing.
Process and coordinate parts for shipping.
Familiar with keyboard and data entry.
rain and oversee the work of assigned MC I staff.
Study applicable process and procedures manuals.
Learn and be able to operate in the more advanced positions, be ready when asked to advance to a higher position.
Assist in recognizing and solving problems that impact the core mission of receiving parts in an accurate and timely manner.
Other work assigned by Supervisor.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Good working knowledge or the ability to acquire skills in Excel, SAP and Scanning Hardware.
Must be processed oriented and able to adhere to strict process requirements.
Must have good attendance and adherence to the uniform policy.
Have the initiative to be productive and keep the team productive at all times.
SCHEDULE:
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work all days out of the week
$13/hr.
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm
2nd shift: 2pm-11pm
